[In]SPIRED

2.] Bob Marley
[This little post on my blog will come so very often, maybe even a few times a week. I draw inspiration from many people and a wide variety of people as well. I think the key to expanding your mind is to broaden your horizons, and without doing that I feel as if you're depriving yourself of a truly happy life.]

If you have no idea who this man is above me or what he did, then you're a little slow. Haha, sike nah but really, Bob Marley is, was, and always will be a legend. Not only did he leave a lasting impact on the world of music, he left one on the world as well. His songs were about equality, and peace and love and having a great time, and not to mention the ever so lovely ganja. Unfortunatly, like J-Dilla, his live was cut too short. I wish I was around to experience his genius. His lyrics were far beyond the times, every track he created was a hit. And each one had a message. He was also a member of the Rastafari Movement, something i've been reading up on alot lately. His Rasta beliefs didn't show into his music until after his time with The Wailers. Today, he is remembered along with names of other amazing artists, Morrison, Hendrix, etc.. this man will always be remembered to me as someone who looked at life as something you should not take too serious, have fun.. don't let the "man" bring you down.. love everyone, thats the key to peace and freedom.
